Meet the Owner/Director of AbunDANCE

Heather Bachman founded AbunDANCE Ballet and Worship Arts in 2015 and AbunDANCE Worship Company in 2016.

Miss Heather began dancing at the age of 4 years old.  She trained and performed on various competitive dance teams in ballet, jazz, lyrical and tap throughout the Cincinnati area, but after discovering that ballet was her primary passion, she trained at Ballet Theatre Midwest, Cincinnati Ballet, and the pre-professional ballet program (5-6 days per week and 2-3 hours per day) at Cincinnati Youth Ballet.

She became a member of Guidance Company where she learned to weave movement with praise and worship. Her desire for dance and for God grew, and she knew that she wanted to pursue dance ministry in her future.

She graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Psychology from Liberty University at the age of 18 years old.

Miss Heather danced with Paradosi Ballet Company, a professional Christian ballet company in Tacoma, Washington, from 2013-2015.   Then, Miss Heather was a member of Ballet Reflect Senior Company and the Director of the Ballet Reflect Junior Company from 2015-2016.

She has been employed as a ballet teacher in several positions since 2008.

She is eager to see what God will do with her ministry!

Philosophy of Your Ballet Teacher

My desire for my classes is to disciple and encourage my students in ways that will set them apart from the world, impact their hearts for eternity, and help them develop tools and understanding for their roles in God's kingdom on earth.

My philosophy for ballet class is to develop in my students techniques and tools to be used to more accurately and clearly express the message we portray through dance; the message of God's truth.

My goal is to develop tracts for the serious dance students who may want to pursue professional ballet as well as for the recreational dancers who want to develop life-long personal skills.

I am so excited to give my life in the pursuit of my God-given passions which are sharing the truth of God through the expression of dance and teaching others to do the same!

Come dance with me!
