Class Registration

Thank you for your interest in AbunDANCE Ballet & Worship Arts!!

In order to simplify our registration process, we have eliminated semesters with separate sign-ups.  Instead, we will just have one registration for the entire year (end August - end April (32 weeks). 

To register . . .

  • Read more about class descriptions including dance commitment levels.
  • Print and fill out the Registration Form (PDF below).  Please contact Miss Heather if you need assistance with choosing classes and/or filling out the Registration Form. 
  • Write check to AbunDANCE.
  • Print and fill out the Liability Form (PDF below).
  • Mail registration form, liability form and check to AbunDANCE at 123 Emmons Place, Mount Orab, OH 45154

After registration is received, an email will be sent to you to confirm your registration.  So please make sure a current email address is listed correctly and clearly.  If you do not receive this confirmation email, please contact Miss Heather.  You will also be added to the AbunDANCE email list so you can receive important information efficiently.

Please try to avoid extra fees . . .

  • Cancellation Fee:  If you wish to cancel your registration before classes begin, please submit a written request with your reasons and then you will be refunded your tuition payment minus the $25 cancellation fee and the $25 registration fee. Otherwise, no refunds are provided.
  • NSF (bounced) Check Fee:  If you bounce your check, please pay $25 bounced check fee along with the original amount of the check in cash only.  Future payments will also need to be cash only.
  • Late Fee:  Late payments will accrue with the late fee of $10 per day until paid.
